Helen passionately designed youth programs that cater to the emotional and social growth of students. They've also been a beacon of knowledge, educating parents, students, and the community about key issues affecting student involvement and implementing early intervention strategies.

During a pivotal phase in her career, Helen undertook the role of a trauma-informed coach with Phoenix Australia. Helen played an integral part in a trial program that provided support to individuals affected by the disaster in regional Victoria.
